The Greasy Polyethylene Film Recycling Line is designed to process contaminated polyethylene film and convert it into reusable recycled material. After receiving and conducting an initial inspection, the incoming material undergoes preparation and shredding to ensure optimal conditions for the subsequent processing stages.
The material then passes through multiple washing and separation stages to remove physical contaminants such as soil, sand, and other impurities. A dedicated degreasing and final rinsing stage follows to remove residual grease and other contaminants, further improving the quality of the material for recycling.
To enhance process efficiency and reduce resource consumption, a significant portion of the process water is treated and recirculated within the production cycle.
In the final stage, the cleaned and prepared material enters the pelletizing section, where it is converted into uniform, high-quality recycled polymer granules. The finished product can be used as a feedstock for manufacturing a wide range of polymer products, contributing to a circular economy and helping reduce the environmental impact of plastic waste.
